Where to inject tesamorelin?

Tesamorelin is FDA approved as Egrifta, a daily subcutaneous injection for HIV-associated lipodystrophy. That product's own label, not this page, names the sites and the steps. This FAQ does not reprint a dose, a frequency, or a protocol. A research-chemical vial sold as tesamorelin is not Egrifta.
