Where to inject thymosin alpha-1?
As Zadaxin, thymosin alpha-1 is labeled for subcutaneous injection and not for intravenous use. That label does not name abdomen versus thigh versus arm. A research-chemical vial is not Zadaxin. The four general subcutaneous sites still apply: abdomen at least two inches from the navel, outer thigh, back of the upper arm, and upper outer buttock. Rotate sites. This is not a dose, a frequency, or a protocol. Full walkthrough at /injecting. Profile at /compounds/thymosin-alpha-1.

Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
Part of injecting: sites, needles and safety. Subcutaneous vs intramuscular, where people inject, rotation and lipohypertrophy, needle gauge, aseptic technique, why it stings, and sharps disposal. Full walkthrough at /injecting.
