Half-life is listed as short. Molecular weight is about 827 daltons. Aliases are NAP and AL-108. A Phase 2/3 trial in 313 people with progressive supranuclear palsy over 52 weeks found no difference from placebo on the PSP Rating Scale or a daily-living scale. A schizophrenia trial found it well tolerated, with no significant effect on MCCB cognition and a modest signal on functional capacity (UPSA) that was not the primary question. It is not approved.
