What is DSIP?

DSIP, delta sleep inducing peptide, is a naturally occurring peptide studied for sleep, stress resilience, and pain, but this site's review found no published human trial for it, and its existing human evidence is limited and inconsistent. It is not FDA approved, and in July 2026 the same US advisory committee that recommended several other peptides for compounding voted against recommending DSIP.
