Can PT-141 cause joint pain?
This site's PT-141 citations do not report joint pain as a measured outcome. The two RECONNECT trials in 1,267 premenopausal women over 24 weeks found a modest rise in desire scores and listed nausea, flushing, and headache each in 10% or more. A 52-week open-label extension in 684 women supplied long-term safety data for the approval; the finding line on this site does not list arthralgia. Absence of a counted rate is not proof that nobody's joints hurt. It is proof that this FAQ cannot publish one.
Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
Part of names, absences, and legal limits. Brand versus molecule, side effects this site's citations did not measure, how long the trials actually ran, what national legal-status fields can say, and why two-compound answers do not scale to a larger stack.
