Does ipamorelin burn fat?

Not in any citation this site holds. Ipamorelin's one human study measured postoperative ileus in 117 surgical patients, not body fat. Growth-hormone secretagogues are often discussed as if raising GH automatically burns fat; tesamorelin, a different molecule, did reduce visceral fat in people with HIV, which is not a result that transfers to ipamorelin. This FAQ does not move tesamorelin's VAT numbers onto ipamorelin, and it does not treat a mechanism as a body-composition finding.
