Can retatrutide cause a skin rash?

This site's retatrutide citations do not report skin rash as a measured outcome. What they do report on skin-related sensation is dysesthesia, an unusual tingling or numb feeling, in about 12.5% of participants on the 12 milligram dose in TRIUMPH-1 (2,339 people, up to 28.3% mean weight loss at 80 weeks). That is a sensory finding, not a rash count. Gastrointestinal effects are the class pattern. This FAQ does not invent a rash rate from that sensory finding.

Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
