Is sermorelin from a compounding pharmacy legally the same as a research chemical?

Not on this site's national fields. Sermorelin's US legal-status line is prior approval discontinued, available via compounding pharmacies. That is the remnant of Geref, which was withdrawn commercially. The UK, Australia, and Canada lines are not currently licensed or not approved. A research-chemical seller labeling sermorelin research use only is not the compounding pathway that field describes. This dataset does not name pharmacies, does not track which states allow that compounding, and does not turn a discontinued approval into current FDA approval.
