Does ipamorelin increase testosterone?

Not in any citation this site holds. Ipamorelin's human study measured time to a first meal after bowel surgery in 117 people, not sex hormones. The 1998 selectivity paper measured growth-hormone release with less effect on cortisol and prolactin than older GHRPs, in animals, and did not report testosterone. Raising growth hormone is not the same measurement as raising testosterone. This FAQ does not invent a testosterone result from a growth-hormone mechanism nobody counted as testosterone.
