Can you buy peptides over the counter?
This site's legal-status fields are national (US, UK, Australia, Canada), not over-the-counter versus pharmacy-behind-the-counter at a local level, and they do not track state or provincial rules. What those fields do say, compound by compound: approved peptide drugs such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, tesamorelin, and PT-141 are prescription only in the US. GHK-Cu is permitted in cosmetics, which is not the same as an injectable drug on a shelf. Most research peptides are classified not approved, research use only. Sub-national OTC detail is missing from this dataset.
Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
Part of names, absences, and legal limits. Brand versus molecule, side effects this site's citations did not measure, how long the trials actually ran, what national legal-status fields can say, and why two-compound answers do not scale to a larger stack.
