What does GHK-Cu stand for?

GHK is the amino-acid sequence glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, a three-residue peptide that binds copper. Cu names the copper ion in that complex. This site's GHK-Cu profile lists the chemical name Copper Tripeptide-1, an alias of copper peptide, and molecular weights of 340.38 daltons for the free peptide and 402.92 daltons for the copper complex. A 1988 fibroblast paper cited on that page spells the complex as glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine-Cu2+. The letters are a sequence abbreviation, not a brand, and they do not by themselves say anything about whether a cream, a capsule, or an injection has been tested.
