How many peptides can I stack?
This site holds no data on three-or-more-compound stacks. Combination answers already published cover specific pairs, CJC-1295 with ipamorelin, tesamorelin with ipamorelin, sermorelin with ipamorelin, BPC-157 with TB-500, BPC-157 with semaglutide, and CagriSema as a two-drug trial product, and even those pairs mostly have no dedicated combined trial. CagriSema is the exception: it was tested as two molecules in one injection. A third, fourth, or fifth peptide is an unmeasured stack. This FAQ does not extend a two-compound answer into a stack-size number.
Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
Part of names, absences, and legal limits. Brand versus molecule, side effects this site's citations did not measure, how long the trials actually ran, what national legal-status fields can say, and why two-compound answers do not scale to a larger stack.
