Can semaglutide cause dizziness?

This site's semaglutide citation findings do not report dizziness as a counted trial outcome. They report gastrointestinal adverse events in OASIS 4 (74.0% versus 42.2% on placebo), dysesthesia in 22.9% on the 7.2 milligram dose in STEP UP, and the weight and heart results already on the semaglutide page. Fatigue is discussed on this FAQ as a plausible companion of lower intake, not as a primary measured endpoint. Dizziness is in the same bucket: not measured here, so not given a percentage here.

Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
