Does thymosin alpha 1 cause weight gain?

This site's thymosin alpha-1 citations do not measure body weight as an outcome. They report a 98-person hepatitis B trial (complete virological response at 18 months in 40.6% after a 26-week course versus 9.4% of untreated controls) and the TESTS sepsis trial (1,106 adults; 28-day mortality 23.4% versus 24.1% on placebo). Neither finding line is a weight-change result. Weight gain is not a documented trial outcome here, and this FAQ does not invent one.
