Does PT-141 make you tan?

It can, as a side effect rather than its purpose. PT-141 (bremelanotide) is a melanocortin receptor agonist, the same receptor family that melanotan 2 targets specifically for pigmentation, so some skin darkening is a plausible cross reaction, though PT-141 was developed and approved for sexual desire, not tanning. This is a different compound from melanotan 2, which was designed around the tanning effect intentionally.
