Is kisspeptin-10 the same as kisspeptin-54?

No. They are different-length products of the same KISS1 pathway. Kisspeptin-10 is the 10-amino-acid fragment sold as a research chemical, molecular weight about 1,302 daltons; its own human citation is an LH-and-testosterone study in healthy men. Kisspeptin-54 is the 54-residue gene product, also called metastin or KP-54, with a separate page. The IVF trigger trials, the first human infusion study, and the brain-imaging study cited on the kisspeptin-10 page used kisspeptin-54, not the fragment, and that page says those results should not be read as results for kisspeptin-10.
