Is gonadorelin the same as kisspeptin-10?

No. Kisspeptin-10 acts one step earlier, prompting the body to release its own GnRH. Gonadorelin is synthetic GnRH given directly. Kisspeptin-10's profile lists molecular weight about 1,302 daltons and an LH-triple in healthy men after an intravenous bolus. Gonadorelin's profile lists molecular weight 1,182.3 daltons, a 2 to 4 minute half-life, and a six-man pulsatile-pump series that raised testosterone from 77 to 520 ng/dL. Sharing a reproductive axis is not the same molecule and not the same dosing logic: gonadorelin has to be pulsed or it shuts the pituitary down. This site does not rank them.
