Can MOTS-c cause headaches?

This site's MOTS-c citations do not measure headache. Human evidence on this site is observational: circulating levels, a mitochondrial DNA variant in 27,527 people, and an exercise-related rise in endogenous MOTS-c, plus a Phase 2a trial still recruiting (NCT07505745). Nobody on this site has yet published a trial of giving MOTS-c to a person as a finished drug, so there is no administration-trial adverse-event table to quote. This FAQ does not invent a headache rate from observational circulating levels.
