How does SLU-PP-332 work?
SLU-PP-332 is a small molecule, not a peptide. This site's profile says it activates estrogen-related receptors (ERRs), master regulators of energy metabolism. Half-life is listed as short. Molecular weight is about 424 daltons. This site's review found two citations, neither of them human. It is not FDA approved. SLU-PP-332 triggered an aerobic-exercise-like transcriptional program in muscle and increased running endurance in mice, and improved metabolic parameters in diet-induced obese and ob/ob mice without exercise. Those animal findings do not transfer into a counted human exercise-mimetic result. This FAQ does not invent a human mechanism. Full record at /compounds/slu-pp-332.
