Is epitalon FDA approved?

No. A July 2026 US advisory committee vote split 7 to 4, with one abstention, in favor of recommending epitalon for compounding specifically for insomnia, but that vote is advisory and FDA rulemaking has not concluded. It is not licensed as a drug in the UK, Australia, or Canada either.
