Is MOTS-c FDA approved?

No. The FDA removed it from the Category 2 compounding list in April 2026, and a July 2026 advisory committee vote split 7 to 5 in favor of recommending it for compounding anyway, against the FDA reviewers' own recommendation. One Phase 2a clinical trial (NCT07505745) was recruiting as of this site's most recent review, which would be its first controlled human trial as an administered drug.
