Is thymalin FDA approved?

No. It is not FDA approved and was not among the seven peptides the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee reviewed in its July 2026 meeting, unlike BPC-157, TB-500, and MOTS-c. Its clinical use history is specific to the Soviet Union and Russia, and it has not gone through the trial and review process any Western regulator requires.
