The FDA approved name is elamipretide. The finished medicine is Forzinity, accelerated approval on September 19, 2025 for Barth syndrome at 30 kg or more. A research-chemical vial labeled SS-31 is not that labeled product, and the approval does not cover longevity or fatigue.
