What is NAD+ used for?
NAD+ is a central metabolic coenzyme marketed through IV and injectable forms for anti-aging and recovery. Its natural levels are well documented to decline with age, which is the premise behind supplementing it, but this site's review found only one human citation, and the clinical proof that supplementing NAD+ meaningfully changes outcomes in people is limited relative to how widely it is marketed.
