Can BPC-157 and TB-500 help with arthritis?
Neither has a published human trial in arthritis. BPC-157's animal literature covers tendon, ligament, and joint tissue repair broadly, and a randomized Phase 2 injury trial was recruiting as of FDA's 2026 review, but arthritis specifically has not been tested in people for either compound. TB-500 has no human study of any kind, arthritis or otherwise, according to that same FDA evaluation.
