What is BPC-157 and TB-500 used for?
Both are marketed for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut healing, based on a large animal literature, but the two have very different human records. BPC-157 has five small human studies, fewer than 110 people total, including a Croatian ulcerative colitis trial and clinic reports. TB-500 has no published human study at any dose or route; FDA's own 2026 review found no human data of any kind for it. Neither is FDA approved.
