Do BPC-157 and TB-500 build muscle?
Neither has a published human trial measuring muscle growth. Both are studied and marketed for tissue repair and healing rather than hypertrophy specifically, and the mechanisms described, angiogenesis and cell migration for BPC-157, actin regulation for TB-500's fragment, relate to injury recovery rather than muscle building pathways. Any muscle building claim for either compound goes beyond what their own cited research has measured.
