How much does TB-500 cost?

Across the 30 vendors this site tracks, TB-500 has priced from about $2.50 to $16.50 per milligram, with a median around $5.90, in vial sizes from 5 to 100 milligrams. FDA's 2026 review also warned that some vials labeled TB-500 actually contain full length thymosin beta-4 instead, a different and larger molecule, which price alone will not reveal.
