This is not established. FDA's 2026 review found no published human pharmacokinetic study of TB-500, so there is no measured clearance time or half life in people to cite. Any duration claimed online is inferred from the unrelated full length parent peptide, thymosin beta-4, not measured directly for the fragment sold as TB-500.
