Is TB-500 safe?

This site cannot publish a human safety rate, because FDA's 2026 review found no published study giving the fragment to a person by any route and no FAERS reports through March 26, 2025. US legal-status is not approved, research use only. UK: not licensed. Australia: prohibited in sport (WADA) and not approved. Canada: not approved. First-hand reports on the TB-500 profile mention lethargy or a flu-like feeling after a loading dose; those reports are counted separately and are not a trial rate. The first registered trial, NCT07487363, is still recruiting. Absence of a counted safety table is the honest answer, not a claim that the fragment is harmless. Full record at /compounds/tb-500.

Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
