How long does TB-500 last in the body?

This is not established. FDA's 2026 review found no human pharmacokinetic study of TB-500 at all, so there is no measured half life, clearance rate, or duration of effect in people to report. Claims about how long it lasts are extrapolated from animal work on the related full length parent peptide, thymosin beta-4, and should be read as inference, not measurement.
