Can TB-500 cause cancer?

This site's TB-500 citations do not measure cancer, because FDA's 2026 review found no published study giving the fragment to a person by any route, and no FAERS reports through March 26, 2025. The clinical trial record usually quoted for it belongs to the full 43-residue parent peptide, thymosin beta-4, which is a different molecule.
