Can BPC-157 cause nausea?
This site's BPC-157 citations do not report nausea as a counted adverse event. The Phase 1 enema study in 32 healthy volunteers, as described in FDA's 2026 evaluation, reported headache and flatulence occurring similarly on placebo. The two-person intravenous pilot reported no adverse effects. The 53-patient ulcerative colitis trial counted withdrawals for worsening colitis, not a nausea table. Absence of a counted nausea rate is not proof that nobody feels sick. It is proof that this FAQ cannot publish one. This FAQ does not invent an adverse-event rate the citations do not contain.
