Does BPC-157 have any human trials?
Yes, five small ones as of FDA's July 2026 evaluation, totaling fewer than 110 people: a Croatian Phase 1 tolerability study, a 53 patient randomized trial in ulcerative colitis, and three uncontrolled US clinic reports on knee pain, interstitial cystitis, and intravenous dosing. Two of the five were published only as meeting abstracts. No study has run longer than two weeks or used the subcutaneous or oral routes most buyers actually use.
