Is GHK-Cu safe?

As a long established cosmetic ingredient permitted in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada, its topical use has a substantial safety history. This site's review found no human clinical trial specifically for injectable GHK-Cu, so that route carries less direct human safety data than its well established topical and cosmetic use does.
