Can BPC-157 help with back pain?

This site's review found no published human trial of BPC-157 for back pain specifically. Its five small human studies cover tolerability, ulcerative colitis, and uncontrolled reports on knee pain, interstitial cystitis, and intravenous dosing; none targeted back pain as an outcome. Its animal literature on tendon, ligament, and connective tissue healing is the mechanistic reasoning behind this use, not a documented human result for it.
