Does ipamorelin build muscle?

This site's review found one human citation for ipamorelin, covering 117 participants, and it did not measure muscle mass as its outcome. Growth hormone secretagogues raise growth hormone and IGF-1, which plausibly supports muscle building, but that mechanism has not been confirmed for ipamorelin specifically by a controlled human trial measuring muscle gain.
