Does ipamorelin make you hungry?
It is built on the same ghrelin receptor that drives hunger, so an appetite effect is mechanistically plausible, but it is described in the research literature as more selective than older secretagogues like GHRP-6, which are well known for strongly increasing appetite. Whether ipamorelin itself meaningfully raises hunger in people has not been directly measured in the human trial data this site has reviewed for it.
