Will CJC-1295 make you gain weight?
It has not been tested for that specifically in a published human trial this site has reviewed, only two human citations exist at all. Because it raises growth hormone and IGF-1, which affect fluid balance and body composition, some water retention is mechanistically plausible, similar to what is reported with growth hormone itself, but there is no controlled human data on CJC-1295 measuring weight change to confirm or rule that out.

Part of growth hormone secretagogues. Sermorelin, tesamorelin, ipamorelin, CJC-1295, and the rest of the GHRH and ghrelin receptor family.
