There is very little published human safety data to answer that from. This site's review found one human citation for ipamorelin, involving 117 participants, and the compound is not FDA approved in the US, not licensed in the UK, and prohibited in Olympic sport under the World Anti-Doping Agency code. 'Selective' mechanism claims describe what it does to specific hormones in available data, not a demonstrated safety record at any particular dose.
