What is GHRP-6 used for?

It is a growth hormone releasing peptide studied for its ability to trigger a strong pulse of growth hormone release through the ghrelin receptor, and it is also known for strongly increasing appetite through that same receptor, the pathway ghrelin itself uses to signal hunger. It is not FDA approved anywhere and this site's review found no human trial citations for it, only preclinical and mechanism level data.
