Is CJC-1295 legal?

It is not FDA approved, not licensed in the UK, and not approved in Canada, and it is prohibited in Olympic sport under the World Anti-Doping Agency code. It is sold as a research chemical, which in most places is not itself illegal to possess, but that legal gap is different from approval or a green light for human use.
