What is hexarelin?
Hexarelin is a potent synthetic growth hormone releasing hexapeptide in the same ghrelin receptor family as GHRP-2 and GHRP-6, studied for both growth hormone release and direct effects on heart muscle observed in preclinical research. It is not FDA approved and this site's review found 3 human citations behind it, more mechanism and small study data than a large trial record.
Educational use only. This database summarizes published research and is not medical advice. Where a dose appears it is a record of what a trial or clinic ran, or what people describe doing, with its source attached. Nothing here is a recommendation for personal use.
Part of growth hormone secretagogues. Sermorelin, tesamorelin, ipamorelin, CJC-1295, and the rest of the GHRH and ghrelin receptor family.
