Is sermorelin better than CJC-1295?

They are not directly comparable in the way that phrase implies, no trial has tested them head to head. Sermorelin has a very short half life of 10 to 20 minutes, closer to the body's natural pulsatile release, while CJC-1295 was deliberately engineered with a longer, roughly 6 to 8 day half life for sustained elevation. Which pattern of growth hormone release is preferable is a mechanistic question this site's data does not settle.
