Is hexarelin the same as GHRP-6?

No. They are different hexapeptides in the same ghrelin-receptor family. Hexarelin's profile lists molecular weight 887.0 daltons and three human citations, including 12 volunteers whose intravenous dose released about twice as much growth hormone as GHRH, and a 16-week desensitization study in 12 healthy elderly people. GHRP-6's profile lists molecular weight 873.0 daltons and no human trial citations on this site; it is the older, hungrier agent in the family.
