The evidence says no, at least so far. The evoke and evoke plus Phase 3 trials tested semaglutide in 3,808 participants for Alzheimer's disease and did not meet their primary endpoint. That is a real, completed randomized result, not an absence of research, and it sits alongside semaglutide's genuinely strong evidence in diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular risk reduction, which the Alzheimer's result does not change.
