What is mazdutide?
Mazdutide is a GLP-1 and glucagon receptor dual agonist that was approved in China in 2025 for obesity and type 2 diabetes, the first drug of its exact class approved anywhere in the world. It is not FDA approved and remains investigational in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada, so buying it outside China means buying an unapproved research chemical.
