When will retatrutide be available?

It is not approved yet. Its Phase 3 trial, TRIUMPH-1, reported results in May 2026, and a company submission for FDA approval was expected later in 2026 as of this site's most recent review. Two more TRIUMPH trials were still reading out. Until the FDA completes its review and grants approval, retatrutide is not a legal prescription drug, and any timeline beyond what has already been publicly stated is speculation.
